This nikka I went to school with and was cool with became a cop after high school/college years and he ended up unfriending everyone from his “old” life on Facebook so take it as you will

Had a homegirl whos father was really high up in the force. Like a step behind the commissioner. Would chop it up with him. He knew everyone I grew up with who got shot and murdered, or was in a gang. It was wild just hearing him talk about a classmate of mine who survived 6 shots including one to the head. But in the end, he was just a regular fukking guy when he wasn't working. His daughter was a huge stoner

the main reason i wouldn't hang around a cop is because i assume they are acclimated to the blue life culture. It would be messed up to be friends with a dude who's likely high fiving his buddies at work when they choke out a black person. be like hanging out with an off duty klan member, even if i know he not gonna burn a cross in my lawn, i still have a problem with him burning crosses in general.
