I did vote once before in the past (couldn't remember if it was for Kerry or Obama), it must've been for Kerry or whoever George W. Bush beat.

I got so disappointed when I originally learned about that electoral college bullshyt!

I'm not educated enough on the local issues to give an educated vote.

Thanks for some of the education though.

I voted for my new Hispanic congressman Espaillat, first Dominican with that lever of power. Pretty much the only reason I voted.

I'm pretty sure there's other races going on in your district that you could be voting in. State and local politicians affect so many issues dealing with our day-to-day lives. It's funny hearing the complaints a lot of Americans have on the one hand and then turn and then seeing just how many people don't bother voting if they're not voting for president.

School funding. Transportation. Property taxes. Reproductive rights. Police accountability. How easy or difficult it is to vote. These are all just some of the things state and local elected officials are responsible for.

Even tho i believe the electoral college chooses the president and my state may vote Trump...
Even tho I don't think my vote really counts
I dated a few school teachers here and it sucks how they treat them
Education is important of me
And the local democrats...
I don't even agree with the Democrats on guns but...
Trump may be worse...
He still may win tho smh
