Am I wrong for thinking 6:16 in LA was the best diss?

That’s actually my least favorite. That first verse fills like a filler throwaway he pulled off his laptop and changed a couple words. Then the second verse is about a leak in Drake’s crew that apparently isn’t even real.

Beat was fire tho

The first verse being unrelated to the second verse definitely got me feeling like this was a song concept laying around that Kendrick repurposed into a diss song.

If you make a whole song around the first verse then you have a strong album cut. And like @CarltonJunior saying, it feels like old vintage Kendrick when he was doing features before and around GKMC.

naw it’s my favorite from kendrick side too. It’s easily the most listenable song of the bunch.

Not like us is second for me. The beat slaps and the OVHOE chant is classic and will probably be the thing that stands the test of time once the smoke clears.
