Watched this the other night. It's not a well put together doc, not enough facts of the case. A lot of he said/she said shyt.
And yeah I'm pretty sure the African dude did it.

Didnt see the doc but anyone who read up on the "evidence" knows she didn't do it. Anytime the prosecution falls back on satanic orgies you know BS is cooking.

Finally watched this (bit late in the game I know). So whatever happened to the 3rd roommate?

It was a basic doc. Did not make me think right off the bat she was innocent. Watched another doc from BBC it shed some light on other evidence that was found. Not gonna state the obvious of how differently things would've been if it was a person of color and/or lower class. At least Patrick Lumumba got off with 40k (euros) after being falsely accused

I just watched this recently. I never really followed this case when it happened. From what I’ve read, the documentary is biased in her favor and leaves out some factors of why so many people thought she was/is guilty.

That said, the lead detective is a crazy POS and probably has locked up a bunch of innocent people in the past due to his sleaziness and crackpot theories. He actually said “the murderer was a woman, because the body was covered up. A man wouldn’t think to do that”



Seriously, that’s his reasoning? He has some issues with women, he seems repressed or something. His viewpoint seemed to be “she’s a slut, so she’s evil, she did it”. I’m sure there’s stuff that the doc left out, but all the bullshyt the lead detective said is already enough for to seriously question her guilt.

Another thing, I never got the “Foxy Knoxy” label. She is okay looking, nothing more. She was far from “foxy” then and is far from it now.

The evidence against Rudy, I forget his last name, his near overwhelming. It matches the profile of so many of those kinds of murders, while the Knox theory is just sensationalist nonsense. Always has been.

"Foxy Knoxy "is the exact kind of tabloid garbage that fueled the speculation of her guilt. In a sense, now that I am thinking about it, tabloids were the beginning of the mainstream, "post truth" era we find ourselves in now.
