Thing is, the whole running to the chair gimmick is just for show. They actually decide who gets to speak prior to going up there and they just act like they're fighting for the seat.

Jubilee actually allows everyone in the circle to speak, they just edit the video down to the "best" moments to give the illusion of first come first serve.

7 straight pages of people on a (mostly) black forum saying that they're not going to watch the video, or criticizing the lone voice in the video that supported reparations and said that systemic racism is a reality in America, while all the black conservatives in the video staunchly opposed both points.

Very strange...

Anyway, although I think she was overly dramatic at times, I also think that she did a fairly good job.

I also liked that she brought up that a good chunk of the people in that circle were likely just actors lol

She killed it. And considering she was surrounded by mostly idiots I don’t blame her for being frustrated. It’s as if the people who cast these groups look for trolls.

Further more, I actually gained a lot of respect for Seales after watching that shyt. And for people saying why her…. She has a Masters Degree in African American studies. You know, the same curriculum republicans have been calling woke and want to ban.

Like I said, put this woman in the right sector and she will be on point.

I was only listening but didn’t actually watch the video. The edit at around 1:00:13 shows exactly what you’re saying. It’s straight up egregious. Very sloppy edit.. you have to make it look like the shyt was happening in real time.

I watched the debate and was on her side despite how I feel about the Myron Rolle incident. If she had actual good music, her personal life wouldn’t stop me from supporting her art. Unfortunately, she doesn’t make anything I like.
