These stupid motherfukkers do not understand how a functioning government works. You can't say "I'm a black president, so I'm going to govern specifically for black people and these are the programmes I'm going to implement to only help them."
You're the US president, not the president of the NAACP.
What you can do is identify, which policy areas there are, where black people and other minorities are disadvantaged and remove barriers under a policy of fairness for all. So asking what Obama has done specifically for black people is just stupid and comes either from a place of ignorance or is deliberate misinformation. There is plenty of stuff, Obama can be criticized for, but this isn't it.
