Just because the Hebrews werent "African" doesnt mean they werent "Black" or have African ancestry. In ancient times, Israel (and ancient Yemen) were often extensions of Africa and had a strong African presence and influence.

Egypt is in Africa and that is where Moses received the 10 commandments. Its also where he wouldve received his schooling since he was raised under Pharaoh. The Pharaohs of that time period/dynasty were unquestionably Black/Native African. Moses (and many Israelites) looked similar to the Egyptians minus their dress. Thats why Moses was able to blend in growing up.
