Mortal Kombat, while not a great movie, needs a sequel. I never heard of Annihilation

Goonies was supposed to get a sequel early-mid 90's, with them being in college and something about Sloth. Then a comic book sequel mid-00s with same premise. THEN another sequel with them as adults but their children something something

This was actually supposed to not only get a sequel but be a series. Critics at the time saw it as a Porkey's rip off despite being based on an Iseralie series and if you know how it ended you would know why fans would want another.
