Amazon censoring bad Titanfall reviews(Watch Xbots come in here and cop pleas)

Yeah, last time I played FPS with my main focus being SP was Halo. Halo 1 and I stopped SP once I got my bootleg xbox live.

But a war game should have a single player for the backstory alone. im fighting an enemy and i dont know why? WTF.

Imagine if gears of war never expanded on the story and just fukked with the multiplayer? I'd get bored of it. i actually got more immersed in the lore of the story i was playing than the multiplayer. I actually grew to like Marcus and Dom and Cole and Baird. It hurt more to see Dom kill himself because we was always riding with him since day one.

Imagine halo with no story about masterchief just you fighting in multiplayer modes forever but no real reason about why im dressed in armor, no narrative of the covenant, the flood, the forerunners, the diadect. nothing.

Halo and Gears did bring good stories(for their first couple of games anyways). Halo 4 launched well, and then a couple months later...fell WAY the fukk off. To be honest, Halo's been living off the name more than the quality of the game for a while now, and that shows. Gears is the same way...but how many BF games and CoD's(and subsequent clones) deep are we now??? You mean to tell me games like that are being bought and the SP is being played through cause nikkas need backstory?

Man let's be completely 100% real here, most of these shooters are MP based games with mediocre at best SP's just tacked on cause someone will probably play it on a rainy day. I'm not buying CoD cause I wanna play the SP mode and these games definitely aren't being marketed as great SP experiences whatsoever. Don't kid yourself man, it's very plain to see why shooters sell...multiplayer.

A game like The Last of Us is a supremely crafted single-player experience that has a MP component as well. A game like Call of Duty is a MP cash grab with a 5 hour SP tacked on cause fukk it.


And if nikkas really want that Titanfall campaign/story(not very good at all), they can experience it through the multiplayer Campaign playlist that takes you through both sides of the war going on, and unlocks the two other Chassis' for you.

Titanfall isn't being lumped with the Uncharted's and the Tomb Raider's because it's not pushing for what they're doing, it's more in the vein of CoD, BF4, and Halo, all of which are living off the MP features they present, not the campaign.

And TF's campaign would be very terrible if it were fully fleshed out. The dialogue and story are just bad and uninspired. I'm cool with the talking between matches and the 5-10 lines towards the end of the match. It's not distracting or anything at all.

For sure man, I fukk with all kinds of games thru different genres, but I know with those shooters, it's mostly a MP thing. The campaigns usually aren't anything to write home about.

I'm enjoying TF at that 33 dollar PC discount tho, couldn't pay the full $60 for this game

User reviews have been useless. Fanboys giving a game a poor review because it didnt release on their system, readers giving books bad reviews because the kindle version didnt release the same day as the hard copy, people giving products bad reviews because they arent anti-gay marriage.

I own a PS4 and Wii U, but played Titanfall for a hour last night on my roommates Xbox. Game is fun as hell and just pathetic how these Sony/Microsoft fanboys can't just appreciate good games on either console.
