Black people are leading this down there btw. Good luck to them but Amazon has the power to simply close the plant and move elsewhere. For this to truly work you need a national movement at multiple warehouses. I wish them luck.

That’s not the issue. The problem is that a union’s strength is centered around long term employment. When employees are going to be in the same job for 20,30,40 years everyone is on the same page
Amazon has such high turnover that it may be hard to drive home the benefits of a union when a lot of people wont last 6 months there
