Amazon is obsessed with becoming the online walmart for the next 100 years.

The things they do at times is pretty incredible, but I just hate how they treat low level employees. It bothered me to no end having to tell people that they no longer had a job and had to be escorted out by Security. They simply just deactivate your card...even if you have to drive 1 hour+ to get to work everyday...so you sit in the lobby not knowing what is going on. Then force you to leave the property even if its freezing outside while you wait on a ride.

I am not sure if their policy change, but that shyt was fukked up and bothered me for a long time.

Amazon is great for buyers, shytty for sellers. Where i work we sell some of our equipment on Amazon, and it is too easy for someone to say they did not receive the exact item they bought, or say it does not work. They file an a-z claim and get their money refunded to them, but when we ask for the item back, they are like, "i dont know how to send the item back", "I changed my mind and i want to keep it", or "Im not sending it back ".

Hold on....you mean I dont have to send shyt back when I make a claim?

My OG Fire TV was acting up and they couldn't figure out why, so they gave me a 50 dollar credit towards a new one

or during Black Friday, I copped a few blu rays...next day one of them turned out to be Deal of the Day...they hooked it up w/ that price and refunded the difference.

Back when I started drumming, I ordered this all-in-one starter drum set (note: NEVER do this) that came w/o the cymbals. Amazon refunded me for the drum set, told me to keep the set, and I used the money to buy cymbals that I was going to have to buy anyway b/c all starter sets come w/horrible cymbals (and hardware, and drum heads, and...No, seriously, NEVER buy a starter set.)

Bought some socks from Amazon a couple years ago. My girl looked online to see if she could find them for cheaper, and she did so I cancelled my Amazon order. Their response: "It's too late to cancel your order but we'll refund your money anyway and just keep the socks."
