Dominating their industry where they have like 70% or better market share.
. . By offering a product or service that is better made or better priced. The market does not need a government to regulate it’s speech. The consumer has spoken. You don’t need the government to protect you from consumer choice

Or maybe to gain their huge marketshare advantage they paid no taxes unlike their competitors and were overvalued for like a decade, the stock rose when they were not turning a profit.

Every company has an accounting department and a responsibility to it’s shareholders, first and foremost. Amazon would not be the first to minimize their tax expenditures, they are in no way at-fault for doing so - for example, say a company’s headquarters is set in Ireland for the lower tax rate, if you’re interested in their tax revenue for some reason than you would look to set your tax rate at a competitive level - money goes where money is welcome

The market demand for Amazon’s service is obvious. Nobody is forced to buy from Amazon. Let the market speak

Yeah the government is at fault for giving them such an advantage. So breaking them up would be correcting that mistake.
Did the market overvalue it when it didn't turn a profit? I think so.

"The government has been lax in enforcing FDA regulations, leading an outbreak of salmonella. But they shouldn't become more stringent and correct their trajectory because you don't fix government with more government. I trust Meat Inc, the only meat provider in town, to do the right thing and self-regulate. Why yes, I did grow up in a house with lead paint, how did you know?"

Consumer advocacy is a private interest
Oh adjust? So that means at times it's wrong.
Capitalism relies on competitive markets. Only government can assure that.

Well, on a root level, yes. That is about the only rightful responsibility of government
