Amazon no longer offering Kohl's for returns dropoff?

I think it depends on the item. from my last 3 returns 2 were returned to Kohls and 1 I had to drop off at UPS (Samsung SSD).

I agree. Same day overnight was great for a few months. Now my one day items are being delayed and right now I’m trying to buy a few things that are normally one day are now saying I will get on Friday.

Amazon used to have a few local store options for returning items, one of them was Kohl's, drop your item off, they scan your return code and you are good to go. Now looks like UPS is the only option. Had 2 returns this year, had to have UPS handle both of them.

It depends on the items you were trying to return and how soon you were trying to return it I noticed the longer you wait then I have to usually go to UPS

My Beats Fit Pro's bought less than 2 weeks ago, had them delivered to work, gotta have them picked up from there. Sold and shipped from Amazon.

Most people do, I used to be able to get 5 pieces for about .30c but now they’ve gotten hip to the game and it’s $2 per so I’ll get 3 and just pay the $1, they are still losing (for the most part)
