Not difficult at all if the truck is equipped with GPS, your start/stop/location is all documented plus they can figure out what driver signed out what truck and the route. I used to install GPS systems back when I did car audio, those gps have a boatload of info they gather.

Even pizza delivery places have GPS on their drivers now.

Hard to say, the problem is besides potentially losing your job, is someone like in the OP, records it puts it online. Would only take a handful of angry Amazon customers in that area to call up to corporate with a video link.
