Over the past 6 months, I have had Prime orders show up a day or 2 late from the guaranteed delivery date or just plain lost. Had another order today, supposed to be delivered to their Locker system, it's late and will be up to 3 additional days to get. Sent them an email and told them I want a gift card credit for the cost of the order for the inconvenience. No reply, just got a notification on my phone about the credit to gift card.
Amazon is one of my favorite places to buy stuff however they really need to sort Prime out. Here in Cleveland we have 2 logistics centers being built, I hope that might change things.
