Thats a damn lie. Jersey especially is perfect for a HQ its literally in the middle in everything and Philly is hot right now.

Jersey may have location but it's ranked near the last of business friendly states in the nation. In fact, businesses are leaving the state more than anything.

And most Philly businesses tend to be located out in the burbs than the inner city. Nobody is tryna commute out.

-Two major Airports ( LaGuardia and JFK)
