Honestly I think that there's more to this than what's being said. Amazon is probably forcing some people's hands here. My guess is the passing of new laws in first 100 days in office has something to do with them. Bezos basically are trying to run the government through his businesses so hes trying to see who's willing to do what he says. He probably has new York and new Jersey competing for Amazon now.
