Amenities and the affect on rent prices.

Truthfully speaking to all you guys who live in the new nice apartment buildings. Do y’all use all the amenities in the building to justify the rent?


My homegirl new building has bbq grills on the roof, heated pool, day care (she and her bf do not have kids), gym, game room and movie theater.


I asked her if she uses any of those things and she said she only uses the gym sometimes





saw a new building in Bushwick that even comes with a bowling alley

One building is new as hell and got gym, playa ass pool, trash concierge, and all kind of other shyt. I don’t use none of that shyt. The other building old as hell, and got basically no amenities but the laundromat and it’s small as hell and I use the fukk out of that shyt when I’m there. Go figure

What is the rent like for a spot like that in NYC????
