America Has a Growing All-White Community Problem

I agree. but in alot of these neice HOA neighborhoods... it's all cac enclaves... People do want to move into these places thinking it's a nice looking neighborhood...at first glance...BUT

There are nice HOA neighborhoods with a majority of the residence being Black people in them. So atleast for us, we have options to live in a nice neighborhood along side our own people.

I'll be the first to admit the average White neighborhood looks better than your average Black area.
But that's just down to the generational economic stability that Whitey enjoys solely for himself, and ensures economic instability for all else. Its how they get down.

A White area is prim, prepped and dressed up, with manicured lawns and fresh paint but get inside and its a rotten and sick feeling to the core..I've been in White homes.
Its where they molest their kids and their demon thoughts and speech roam freely.
You get bad vibes and energy in such places.
