Russian sanctions have been very damaging, Hillary would have most likely continued it as Russia keeps fukking with their neighbours and EU. There's a reason Obama extended them, 1 for the hacking and 2 to trap Trump.

Think any politician who wasn't Trump would have been attacked + Trump ran on a nationalist campaign which resonated with cacs.
