He knew the rules of the country but fukked around and took chances knowing the harsh consequences. I'm sure he did a trial run and got away with it but he's a retard for getting greedy. Retards who never left America or understand how foreign laws work will say "free him".

If this was a senators kid or someone of note, yes the hell you see in movies would occur.

Even now a phone call from a prominent American would in site some type of delay or pardon. Only difference is banking on this is dangerously stupid.

It works with a country the US is friendly with or has steep leverage over..otherwise it's a wild gamble.
There's countries I know I won't visit anytime soon by choice and would proceed with caution..on business I stay in the hotel and peruse the nearby mall, and refuse to even go out :francis:
