That's subjective based on their criteria. I don't consider any cities outside of the Top 10 walkable. My city is considered walkable and I still think you need a car (Seattle).

when it comes to walkable suburbs that are urbanized, I think the Boston area and Bay Area has it spot on. they have mass transportation that covers all parts, streets are smaller with parking every where, walking path, decent architect, bigger downtowns for their size. not all suburbs have to be soulless.
