That's subjective based on their criteria. I don't consider any cities outside of the Top 10 walkable. My city is considered walkable and I still think you need a car (Seattle). Thanks for making my point![]()

Yes it has a cohesiveness and a sense of place. Outside of a few cities in America, you won't get this.I thought the same thing too but atleast the city seems connected and has a flow...something seriously lacking in American cities
Breh nobody wants that, people just don’t want to HAVE to drive to live, it’s that simple. And we also don’t want to pay a PREMIUM to live in a city to dodge having to use or have a car when many foreign countries show even villages have more walkability. That’s it, why so hostile?Ahhh here here come the anti-car retards that want everyone to live on top of each other and claim to want "opportunity" and wealth for Black people but really want this country to be more like China.
Usual suspects already here
Also....to you people longing for that "old architecture" aesthetic?
Take the real estate industries cock out of your ass for a second and realize that places like NYC? Philly? DC?
They have ZERO interest in maintaining their history or culture.
ZERO.
Every single one of the politicians you vote for....ESPECIALLY the progressives...are in bed with the real estate developers that want to build mega luxury skyscrapers and towers that destroy Black neighborhoods, cause gentrification, and destroy whatever beauty actually exists in those places.
Enjoy your bike lanes and "walkable cities" though
fukking nincompoops![]()

You don't HAVE to do shytBreh nobody wants that, people just don’t want to HAVE to drive to live, it’s that simple. And we also don’t want to pay a PREMIUM to live in a city to dodge having to use or have a car when many foreign countries show even villages have more walkability. That’s it, why so hostile?
Stop being a c00n for "progressive" CACscite your claims![]()
Yeah you angry as hell today. It's gonna be alright breh. You don't HAVE to do shyt
Pretending that this shyt is for walkability, public safety, or the environment is the bullshyt that has me so "hostile" as you put it
NYC has always been walkable. I know because I live here.
Philly is as well as DC.
As I've said, this is a mixture of white gentrification green-washing as well as the real estate industry trying to extract as much value out of every piece of land as possible, with as little private ownership as possible as well.
NOTHING. NOTHING suggested in this thread benefits Black people. It does not.
It benefits:
- Young Whites
- Affluent Whites
- The Real Estate Industry
- Mismangaged City and Local Governments
And you know what? You knuckleheaded ass nikkas will be in here 10 to 15 years from now complaining about the destruction of the Black community when the "Black Communities" that have existed in these places that are being gentrified are being destroyed more by your "walkable" community garbage than any music genre could possibly do.
Be well.
I'm just tired of seeing the same shytheads push this garbage on here, while out the other side of the mouth complaining about the plight of the Black community and Black wealth and this other garbage.Yeah you angry as hell today. It's gonna be alright breh.
Black people aren't controlling anything in America. Whatever decisions are made are made by White people. They might just have a Black person there to deliver the news.I'm just tired of seeing the same shytheads push this garbage on here, while out the other side of the mouth complaining about the plight of the Black community and Black wealth and this other garbage.
YOU are destroying your own communities by pushing shyt that is astroturf garbage propped up by avocado toast CACs and divestors
