We know who is leading the Old Gods (Wednesday) and who is leading the New Ones (Mr. World). We know that the old gods are in bad shape and as of right now are no match for the new gods. I mean Mr. World could have killed Wednesday and Shadow right there but didn't. We know the partnership between the reddit poster god and Mr. World is on shaky ground, and we know the Zombie Whore is on borrowed time and slowly kills herself via hot showers and summer days.

didnt know about mr world but he wasnt even hinted at before this episode so there's no way i would even question his existence (even tho like i said because of the credits i knew crispin glover was playing somebody important).
