I'll put it in spoilers if people didn't watch Season 2:
In season 2 there was a serial killer in the 60s that was murdering women and he was called "Bloody Face"... basically a knock-off of Leatherface. Lana got raped by Bloody Face but somehow escape and end up murdering him. Turned out she got pregnant by the rape and she put her son up for adoption while she became a famous journalist. In present day a new Bloody Face arose and was murdering women. Turned out it was the son that she put up for adoption, new Bloody Face wanted to kill Lana for killing his daddy but Lana killed him instead.
