It's so deliberate. It's the same policies that crippled African/Asian and Latin American countries where public resources and works are gone and all that happens is privatization and the rich getting richer.

Where is the lead exposure risk in your community?

My neighborhood has one of the cleanest water supplies in the country I can drink from the tap with no problems

The cities are so bad. DC had a lead water crisis not too long ago.
