and seeing those quotesIm torn on this
I saw this guy in an interview and was repulsed. Its proper etiquette to not talk about the people you killed in war but this guy was so proud about merking 150 people. That has to do something to your mentality.
Ok now this is indicative of the childishness associated with this man's life. I'm not gonna call him a good or bad person because he has passed but why would someone like this EVER be portrayed as a hero? I don't find anything noteworthy about his claim to fame except the likelihood that he murdered innocent people.
His movie and Selma come out around the same time. I wonder which biopic will have more viewers and what does that tell us about the priorities of this country?

... I don't get the heroism here. At all...I saw the movie before I read anything about this dude. They did a good job of making this dude seem like the perfect American soldier. I felt bad when I read he got murked trying to help a kid with ptsd.
Then I researched him a lil bit... Dude was nothing like the character Cooper played.![]()
Just got done watching the movie, shyt was iight. Seems like he was on some cac shyt thoughand seeing those quotes
I would say it's based on his true story. So is the movie advertised as some kind of "based on a true story" shyt or is it simply fiction ?
