Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island..these kind of places suck HARDCORE d1ck. You got to be a complete goofball to live there willingly.

Rhode Island has nice beaches, interconnected to NY and MA, decent cost of living, and an incubator for the arts. I’m actually not surprised it’s higher than Massachusetts.
