I've heard this said numerous times, but it's coming to fruition for me. Back in the days we used to do tons of labor living on ranches and taming cattle and shyt. Today we sit our asses down around the clock yet still eat 3 meals:mjlol: 800 breakfast from McDonald's. 800 calories from Jimmy John's, 1200 calories at the bar after work. No wonder Anerica is so fat. :trash::scust:Just ate me a 600cal brunch. Ain't eating till dinner. I usually skip breakfast or eat 2 green apples and that'll hold me over till I eat a small lunch and dinner.

There's the OMAD diet I did yesterday because I knew I was eating out with folks them. Didn't eat all day and was fine:jawalrus:

Human eating habits are different, there’s no set number of meals one “should” have, only an idea based on physiology, activity, nutritional needs, and medical conditions.

I’m pretty skinny and I eat three fairly well-sized meals per day. Breakfast at 7 AM, lunch around 1 PM, and dinner around 7-8PM. Works for my schedule and for me to maintain feeling good :yeshrug:

I usually just do two meals a day. It might be breakfast and dinner, or lunch and dinner. If I know I'm going out to eat I'll do one a day. As long as I have coffee and plenty of water I'm fine. Today my breakfast was strawberry overnight oats. It's too damn hot for me to turn my oven on for anything, so I won't be making dinner. So dinner is most likely Chinese. On top of that I'm hopping on the Peloton when I'm done with work.

indont have a gallbladder and I feel like I’m dying if I don’t eat. Trust me I’d love to drop 15 but I’m trying to figure out how to get around this issue. Stomach gas with no glad bladder is terrible feels like death is coming.

I like to eat big ass meals, so fasting helps to keep my weight in check. I usually skip breakfast, but if I have breakfast, I won’t eat again until dinner.

Co-sign everybody speaking on portion size. People sometimes act like they’ve got to be STUFFED by the end of the meal. It’s weird and I used to be that way for a while. A lot of people need to fix their relationship with food. 3 meals a day is fine if you’re not tryna shove 1000 calories in your mouth eat one.
