Don’t get how people can buss down 3 big ass meals + sugar beverages/soda in a single day.

99.99% of these people eating in excess aren’t pro athletes. Real talk I can maybe do 2 meals a day but it’s really more like 1.5, tons of water and a lil something to snack on. At some point your pull back on the food and your body just can’t handle you beasting anymore.

I've heard this said numerous times, but it's coming to fruition for me. Back in the days we used to do tons of labor living on ranches and taming cattle and shyt. Today we sit our asses down around the clock yet still eat 3 meals:mjlol: 800 breakfast from McDonald's. 800 calories from Jimmy John's, 1200 calories at the bar after work. No wonder Anerica is so fat. :trash::scust:Just ate me a 600cal brunch. Ain't eating till dinner. I usually skip breakfast or eat 2 green apples and that'll hold me over till I eat a small lunch and dinner.

There's the OMAD diet I did yesterday because I knew I was eating out with folks them. Didn't eat all day and was fine:jawalrus:

You can eat 17 meals a day if you stay under 2000 calories. But you have made an excellent point...people are overconsuming and sometimes unknowingly. I looked for the highest calorie item on the Denny's menu and it was a freaking salad at about 4000 calories. Also at six flags magic mountain the other day...there were milk shakes that were 2500 calories....if you only had that all day you would be 500 calories over the maximal caloric intake for the average human.

I only have two. Lunch and dinner and I don't eat after 8pm

I also exercise which a lot of people don't.

If you eat a box of pizza twice a day, that is worse than eating chicken breast and veggies four times a day.

The number of meals doesn't matter. It's what those meals are made up of and the sizing/portion.
I eat about four times a day. Smaller, fuller and healthier meals.

Exerting yourself physically in a gym or at a job can affect that too. When I do intense cardio my appetite gets suppressed significantly to where I can do OMAD or two meals max.

Now if I'm just sitting down all day, that hunger starts creeping in...:ufdup:

I mostly just have lunch and dinner but i often have a snack in the morning. And evening.

when I start focusing on strength again… probably in the winter, I’ll add overnight oats in the mornings
