Churches can't survive when all the staff are getting a salary instead of putting that money into the church and taking care of the local community.
If all you're going to do is take money from the people and not do anything but pray for them...the church won't last.
Think about it...
In the old days, churches didn't ask for all this money like churches do nowadays.
Churches back then were open 24/7 and the building was paid for already. They didn't ask you for all your money either, just whatever you could give.
Nowadays churches have business hours, required payments to be a member, mandatory participation in church events for members, it's ridiculous.
You can't just "Go to church" anymore. They gotta find a way to get at your wallet...every time.
That's why they ride you like a damn donkey to become a member if you visit more than twice.
Better off just church hopping and keeping it fast-n-loose.
Get your connection/relationship with God and keep it moving...cause people will suck every dime and minute of the day outta ya.
