an idea about notifications

there should be an option to simply leave the notification option there..sortve like you leave private messages option...even if you have no new notifications.
i think it would be more convenient...if you wanted to look up an old mention or quote...without having to go through your user cp then clicking on your profile

I also have an idea to make it a bit more worth it for "supporters" to support and remove that damn image below everyone's name.
