stupidity by his talking heads help him not hurt him. theyre honestly stupid but they seem honest and thats what matters in is growth tbh (lol). it can kinda be spun by him (if he so chooses) that it shows personal management skills to gain and keep support with such a vast array of negative rep and sunk cost c/s'ers
but you know this as good as any, his campaign is far from stupid. its going in the history books even if he fails and drops out after March 1st (which is when we know if its Rubio or Trump vs the Dem)..for them to have managed all the debacles the way they have and use the media to help trump bolster his cause of self financing. hell..if theyre smart and wanna go all the way for real..they start spending money in california, texas and tri state to win those massive chunks of voters. GOP primaries rarely if ever make it to Cali...id like to think Cali Repubs would be down with Trump Set. If they don't kill the Don by March 2nd with backstage levers then they'll capitulate and back him. theyre just playing dumb though. look at the CT senate campaign where W backed Lieberman. Cruz is the R, Trump is Lamont and theyre fighting for Lieberman role. Itll be Rubio (likely). All the rest is smokescreen to keep Cruz over 15% as little as possible so then they can re-assign behind whoever finishes third. Third is first in Iowa. Mark my words. The only other way is if Trump gets 35-45% (which is, fortunately, looking more likely than a month ago)
i expect him to start talking about his relationships in the caribbean fairly soon to help shore that up and bolster his vision for growth there..potentially helping the jamaicans rid themselves of the brits to a degree and also grow puerto rico, haiti and the DR through added infrastructure endeavors..particularly in storm/flood protection. there is historical precedent with the US helping DR build some crucial roads and highways in the 70s (i think) and being otherwise neutral or only nominally negative politically there. the Caribbean people have a vast influence in this country, directly and indirectly..and many of them only have second hand information delivered only through soundbites on limited network and coverage options. trump's gotta get on that grind about talking about his stuff in cap cana and how he would help our friends there with jobs, help our economy and gain competitive advantage over the western euros (and canadians in tourism believe it or not) in what should be our sphere.
