Short analysis of each verse...Wont post the verse since it'll take up too much space..yall prolly know the verses alrdy and if u dnt look em up

Here goes

Verse 1

Jay tipping his hat to those that engaged battle with him
He pays his respect for their successful runs and work they did in their careers

Verse 2
Kind of similar verse 1, Jay is just reflecting on both the old and newer artists and how they came in the game, like a King whos proud to see those that follow his footsteps continue to grow as artist

Verse 3

And after he pays his respect he sets himself up as the one and only Hov
The one that will never go
All the rappers of Jay's time and before him have merely fallen into obscurity for the mere talk of hip hopster message boards
He is the one and only Hov...There is none like him
All the other inhabitants of the rap game are like grasshoppers in his sight
His run is ultimate
