By the way, after watching this video, I'm not angry at the commentators. He specifically said black because he appears to be on the same page as folks here and simply stating the reality of the situation instead of saying it with glee.

They simply know what the deal is and stated what it was

They're not saying anything new. Black West Africa is not a priority to the west. Only "black" like country that is their concern is sudan and somolia and that is mainly for self-interest since supposedly a lot of dudes from that region travel to other countries to join the "Jihad".
