The last time I had a cabana at a pool party (Encore) in Vegas, the gratuity and service charge were added, and I had the option to provide an additional tip for whatever the fukk reason

As far as the comped part, thats not true with all places, MGM in CT. comped our bill because we were with some Patriot players but on the actual comped bill it showed all the pricing, sub total was changed to $0 but it still had the Tip line and total and said "please tip your waitress"
