I'm so fukking tired of seeing kids or small adults trying to control huge dogs that they have no business walking.
I'm putting all of the blame on whoever is suppose to be controlling this pit. Even if the small dog is off it's leash it wasn't looking to start any problems. The person who has the bigger and more dangerous dog has more responsibility to control their dog.
