Idk what this is suppose to prove because it’s a known fact LAs weather contributes to why many homeless people are outside. NYC actually does a good job of housing homeless people. The homeless people on the subway are generally mentally ill and refuse to be housed.

Still made it to work that day, I wanted to see if I could make it.
