And The Most Overrated "Classic" Album Is..(Part 2)

Back in September I made this thread stating the BP is the most overrated classic album

But I think I have an album that can compete for that title..

Eminem is one of my favorite rappers. But lets be real here, this album is overrated. The only way I can see it being a classic is due to impact (1.7 mill in a week). But musically? MMLP definitely had some of Em's best work (Kill You, Stan, The way I Am, TRSS, BP2) and Em's voice had that anger in it that we love. But this album had way too many fillers. Only a true white boy stan can like the songs Remember Me and Amittyville. Those songs are HORRIBLE. Under The Influence is trash, Kim is funny the first time but horrible after, Criminal is mediocre, and Drug Ballad is a repeat of Cum on Everybody. The best songs imo are Marshall Mathers, Stan and Who Knew. I'm Back is solid too. But this album is not in the same class as Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, Ready to Die, etc. It's not even Em's best album. SSLP & Em Show >>>

Disagree, i love all those songs.

Album does fall short of a classic musically it's a 4-4.5 but i think circumstance push it into classic territory, like stillmatic for example
