Cavs in 6.

Experience. Size. Perimeter defense and Lebron.

They struggled with the Grizzlies a bit, and Thompson and Mozgov can replicate that frontline on defense. Add to the fact that they have no one to guard Lebron.

Shump will limit Klay as well.
The main struggles GS had with Gasol and Randolph were keeping them contained on offense. I worry about the Cavs offense against the Warriors, there's a lot of inconsistencies with their scoring and they don't have the depth to matchup with the Warriors second unit.

the first round needs to go back to best of 5.. this shyt ending in damn near july now :francis:

i miss back in the 90s it'd always end around fathers day

my girls bday is a potential conflict with game 7 :francis: praying it goes 6

iirc there's only been 4 game 7s in the finals in the past 25 years..and 2 have been since 2010

I think the Shaun vs Dellavedova matchup could be really interesting, wondering if Shaun can post him up without getting the Bob Backlund chicken wing applied.

2 good outcomes of this NBA Finals matchup

Warriors win.. Steph Curry becomes one of the GOAT PGs 2nd to Magic... Warriors are the new dynasty

Cavs win.. Lebron brings a championship to the God forsaken city of Cleveland.. and his legacy is set in stone

Lets have a good clean series

:comeon:

What? That is an amazing stat, and shows how tought the Ws have had it
:usure:

if anything the warriors have been lucky as fukk. they got to avoid a thunder team and even without KD russ was a freak this year. the pelicans got in via a tiebreaker. a HEALTHY thunder as an 8th seed beats that team no doubt in my mind

then they got to avoid the clippers/spurs and play the rockets(clippers still were the better team than hou and spurs woulda given them problems)

the grizzlies gave them a nice challenge but other than basketball stats nerds/old school ball fans that have been on their dikk the past 4 yrs, memphis has done nothing

Warriors need to hold home court in the first two games. Don't want to give Cleveland any kind of momentum going back. If Cleveland can steal one in Golden State State in the first two, then I feel they can draw it out to a 7 game series where it's anyone's title. If Golden State holds home court then I think they win in 6.

Key obviously for Golden State is to neutralize LeBron. No one player on the Warriors can manage that, but I think their team defense is good enough to force other players to have to step up. Cavs have quite a few streaky shooters, and the perimeter defense of the Warriors will end up being crucial. Klay and Curry have a big series and the Warriors win it in 6.

what a stupid stat
Why? According to the media you need a superstar to win in the playoffs, well he beat 2 of the 5 best players and will be facing a 3rd. Also the media says that succesful playoff team usually run through a big in the post and u can't win shooting 3s. Well he beat the best center in the league too.
Plus it's just something cool to know.
I'm not saying it's a break through stat that makes Curry or Warriors the GOAT but it's not soooo stupid like some of the "first player to shoot free throws at 8:44 Mark of the 3Rd quarter in a game 3"
