Well especially non domesticated animals like those.I remember a story several years ago about a woman who had a fully grown Chimpanzee as a pet. She gave it anti depressants and when her friend came over it clawed out her eyes...
Animals are going to be animals brehs.
Siegfried and Roy loved their Siberian tiger... didn't stop it from crushing his skull
Keep animals as pets is you want brehs, just don't be surprised when they act like animals
The chimp didn't recognize the woman because she got a haircut, thought he was protecting his owner from someone he'd actually known and liked for years.
Tore her face off. Her eyes, nose, hands, lips and ears were severed. Lost the bones in the middle of her face and some brain tissue.
Chimps are 3x as strong as a human male. The get more aggressive as they age. They are smart as hell, have opposable thumbs, use tools and are good at mimicking human behavior

sounds like a great "pet". They shouldn't be treated like cute hairy children or domesticated pets. That tiger was actually trying to protect Roy.
Cats "carry" their young to safety, using their teeth, on the nape of the neck.Cats will cat whether large or small and animals often treat their humans like a member of the pack/litter.
It's up to humans not to anthropomorphize animals and act accordingly.
