I like the promise of the Microsoft games. But at this point ps4 has the graphical quality edge. I also am kinda excited about the free to play games since that fits my budget. However I do more than gaming. The xbox one is the best multimedia device ever made that does not do 3d movies. I'm not looking to get one until March so Titan fall is ruling it for me but who knows... uncharted 4 might be out by dec.
I get fantasy football overlay through DTV.
My TV does voice commands (has camera shyt too, but I'll decide if i want to install it later).
Both systems have dedicated servers, so that's a non issue as well. You'd be nuts to pay more for a system that is less powerful and just gimped compared to the competition. Sports games are peer to peer connections, so there will be no dedicated servers for those types of games. All of the major shooters have dedicated servers (KZSF, Call of Duty Ghosts, and Battlefield).
However, if the snap feature, fantasy football overlay, some apps, and xbox exclusives are what you want, get an Xbox one. But the evidence is out there on how the multiplats on the Xbox one pale in comparison to the PS4.
