lol he knew Dr.Dre fukked up his last album :russ:
nah I wouldn't put blame on Dre, as this looks is dope and he part of it

Anyways
I had a feeling this album would be better than Oxnard

And right now 3 tracks in it's much better

The first three tracks >>>>> most of Oxnard

The first track track I love. But didn't care for 3000 's verse. Would have preferred just Paak. Still good opener

:hhh:dre executive produced the project , so he was hands on with this just like oxnard :yeshrug:
executive producing an album doesnt mean you are spearheading the creative process of the album with 100% control of its direction he did that on oxnard but on this one he could have just gathered the producers paak asked for and all the other behind the scene things that needed to be handled like making sure everything was right with the music video and promo and clearing samples etc. no way you listen to malibu oxnard and then ventura and believe that dre had a heavy hand in the creative process of the music on this album. he took a backseat on this one.

i think the problem wit oxnard is the album started off slow and was some what disjointed

As it went on from middle to the second half it picked up steam and found some flow .. this flows better

if you have been followin anyone over the past few months ..there whole crew has been in the studio with dre ,

some of yall just wanna hate on dre so much to validate your argument smh , no one arguin that paak maybe had more creative freedom on this

but to say dre didnt play a part on when made the project what didnt , how things would be pushed is ludacris,

paak aint signed to interscope he signed to dre , dre bankrollin everythin if he wasnt happy wit anythin the way it is or sounds or was flowin he aint signin off on it

look im not about to go back and forth with you imma say this then im done. of course he played a part but it wasnt a big part creatively. this sounds like a paak project to anyone who has been following his career. this sounds nothing like oxnard. which is why i know dre wasnt creatively spearheading the direction of the album like he did on oxnard.

peace
