one of many i owned. trash.

those, the gray ones with the red knob, the black knob...the black ones with the black knob....ALL TRASH

I'm telling yall....the Bevel is $200 but that shyt is FLAWLESS. Same blade, same battery....same power as a corded. and it doesnt cut overly close like them rigged shyts barbers have to use.

shouldnt have to modify an Andis to keep it from overheating. i've seen tons of broken andis over the years...
bevel isnt better than the t outliner, stop that :rudy:

All my Andis run fine with the oldest one being over 10 years old. No knock but it may be how yall maintain your clippers.

Was about to bite on the Bevel when they first came out but I can’t justify 200 unless I’m using it professionally which I’m not.

Bevel is easier to clean, wireless, easier to switch and maintain blades, and Andis has a new wireless trimmer that is also $200. I took a chance on it and it still works the same as when i got it exactly a year ago. I bought so many $60-80 pairs....watched so many Andis break in my barbershop over the years.

Face/Neck and head. Too hard to clean hair out of the T outliner, over heats way too fast (under 30 mins). I said the same about the price but I haven't looked back since i bought the Bevel Trimmer. They're dropping a T blade soon. I wanna put my barber on but idk if he gonna wanna invest in that bytch. It's so worth it.

I have had about 10 different trimmers since 05...them bytches all broke. I spent way more than 200 on those. I expect this Bevel to last a long time, and I use it 4-5 times a week.

Using it that often, do you find that your skin is irritated? Personally, I shave maybe twice a week bc my shyt gets aggy. Gotta let the skin and bounce back. That first shave after a minute of doing nothing is :blessed:tho.

no. i do my best to exfoliate between shaves...i use their aftershave in combination with bump patrol extra strength. and after i shave/cut my hair i shower and use cold water on the areas i shave. it works for me. i do occasionally get some stubborn irritation, but not on my head, on a specific area of my neck.

letting the shyt breathe and heal is the best cure to anything shaving related. release the ingrowns from the skin and just use your after shave/bump stopper and wash the area frequently. sometimes you have a stubborn bump and u gotta wait it out.

Above the fray.
buf puf sponges are the best for preventing ingrown hairs.
They have been advertised for such use for years. If you've never used before, pick up all the different textured sponges from extra mild to regular to find which suits you best. Our hair NATURALLY coils, washing with the buf puf in circular motion loosens the coil and helps prevent it from hooking back into your skin, causing bumps
ad from 1978 issue of Ebony magazine for the use of facial sponge to help reduce razor bumps...

Andis is trying to eat off of Bevel's plate. They saw that customers are willing to pay 200 dollars for a personal trimmer, so they release their version at the same price point. Saw sign for pre orders of them for 150 recently.
Looks to be the same outliner/t outliner but cordless and with lithium battery...same build as the corded ones.
Andis has been lowering quality of outliners for years , so I KNOW the cordless ones will be garbage.

Be interested to see what the response from Bevel will be.
