None of them are geniuses. It's just music.
And like I said before, an artist should never feel they have done their best work

He's being an entitled pu$$y. Stevie Wonder 70s albums were damn near all classic. His 80 albums were great but not classic but fukk it, keep going
He once was asked a few years back why does he keep making music. He answered, "cause IIIII don't feel I've reached my best"

Fukk Dre..his view is why Hip hop doesn't get the respect it deserves as a genre

I think you can be a genius when it comes to music. Its all art. Would Basquiat be considered a genius? He was just painting a canvas with a brush?

Truth be told Big Boi's solo career's been better than the last 2 OutKast albums. Maybe 3000 will drop an album someday. But dude lost it IMO. Crossed that thin line between edgy/creative and being weird just to be weird.

It gets irritating that interviewers keep asking him the same questions about new music and he keeps giving the same answers, dude seems like he just doesn't want to be an "old ass rapper" and I'm not mad at him for it, I'd rather he stay at home than trend hop or force music from some sense of obligation rather than because it's something he's feeling. .. Lord knows we've had enough of that happen over the years in music. .. Some cats seem mad more because he won't give em that definitive "Dre fell off" moment on wax so they can go in on him and post their :flabbynsick: smiles with his face on it more so than anything else.

as Jay Z once said - "n!ggas want my old sh!t, buy my old album"

why would anyone expect more OutKast music 10 years later is the question anyway? it's not like it'd be the same chemistry or same anything, really. The last time they really worked together was OVER a decade ago...think about that.
