Overall, I'll have to see it to believe it. Also, I don't think Andre's heart is actually in putting out a full scale rap album. Andre even admitted that he was nervous about having to deal with criticism if he dropped an album years ago.
Ideally, though, the album should be produced by Organized Noize and only have features from Kendrick, Big Boi, Killer Mike, Sleepy Brown, Big Rube, Janelle Monae, EarthGang, and JID. It should also be mostly rap but with 2-3 singing/alternative songs.
