The vast majority of hip-hop heads, when it comes to fashion, are extremely biased/closed-minded.
Not to say that the consensus isn't wrong, but when you have an Andre outfit, which he's out-and-about and portraying a natural outfit, then you have Captain-Dress-Up (Wayne), you need to realise the differences.
