i brought up sales to say how he struggled w/out dre.

dre is the better artist, antwon will struggle selling w/out him.

i preferred lb to speakerboxx. big boi has numerous classic verses but damn if he's gotta be paired up w/3k.
it's just unfortunate that we have to compare the two cuz imo it's a landslide.

I don't get the point of this. There hasn't been a REAL Outkast album in 13 years. Big Boi is ready, Hip Hop is ready. Why waste time on a Andre solo? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for Andre doing a solo but I just think most rap fans would rather hear a new Outkast album. Maybe they can do another speakerboxxx/love below type double album again.

I don't even want to anticipate a solo until we start to see actual signs that it's happening (release date, tracklist, pre-order, leaked tracks), let alone another OutKast album. But this has always been the next step towards it.

How many interviews have we seen where Big Boi would say something like "we're both focusing on our solo albums right now. I'm going to drop mine, then Andre will drop his before we look into making another OutKast album"
