, no one was doing what K-Dot did, flow and or production wise...I get that you like him and he's a legend but tone it down a little.

Badu got that medusa p*ssy. shyt sucks the life out you and have you releasing electric circus or not releasing anything at all *cough* jay elect* cough. That p*ssy cursed.
On what he’s got in his music vault
When I pass away, people will find hours and hours of files…hard drives and shyt. It’s hard drives of me just in the house alone playing horrible guitar. Me playing piano. Me playing a little sax. I was trying to find out: What can I be excited about?
Quotable. You can always hop, but you won’t always be hip.
Few things...this reads like some third rate back pack rapper....really Andre?. So first he wants to make a song about ghostwriters, throwing webs of shade everywhere, but now he's like "no one would want to battle me, I'm garbo".
See this right here, is why kids say you can keep your legends. Jay is five years older...dropped a classic. This nikka over here talking on some grandpa shyt...."Big Boi rap better than me"....right
Grandpa 3000 looking funny in the light.
That's exactly how I feelBut here’s the crazy thing: I don’t have the pulse anymore. Rhythms change every generation. The intensity and the drums change. And I’m not on the pulse. I can’t pretend. It’s kinda like watching your uncle dance.
Just finished reading this interview/article. Bruh sounds lonely and lost.![]()
Lonely and lost??? I can tell some of you cats would prefer fame over fortune. If anything, he seems content. Just because he's moved away from ATL and in search of new passions and energy, now he's lonely and lost? Only thing that resonated from this piece is that he doesn't like being on that "stage" anymore. Like he said, you nikkas keep thinking him and Cee-lo out here sitting indian style with incense lit....they out here fukking these hoes, smoking, being human too. And cats like you can't separate his contribution to music from his presence in music. Let dude live his life. He made his money and fulfilled his contractual obligations....he don't owe us anymore.
Nooooooooooo. You misinterpret what I said. I said lonely and lost cause he just seems like he's struggling to find a new something to be passionate about again.
All that other shyt you talking bout I never bought into, bruh. lmao
As he and you said, he's human like the rest of us. I never thought he owned us anything. His legacy is cemented. 3 Stacks ain't gotta put out another record.
Again, he just came off in the article like he was in search of struggling to find his place in life at the stage he at now.
He seems like the type he has to be 100% invested in something or else he has zero interest in even trying something else.
He talked about how Big Boi "did it right" with settling down early and starting and a family and how he just kinda floated.
I think he feels like he's missing a void that clearly Hip Hop doesn't fill anymore and he's just trying to find a new interest and himself again
That's all.
I did misinterpret it....my bad. Fair assessment
