Guys were and still are getting jerked left and right. Boxers with great records have gotten raped by the Arums and Kings for the longest. I'm new school on that aspect. A guy puts his body on the line and he should be properly compensated.

If we're talking about his skill then I have to agree with you pat. I jumped off the bandwagon after the Collazo fight. I'm not sure if it's regression or if he just wasn't ready for that comp. But the one thing I've always liked about Berto and Broner to an extent is that they will fight anybody at anytime. Dude has always fought the best in his tier and he's won some and lost some.

the ones who are caping for berto being paid like he is are the ones who dont really care if someone like kovalev is getting paid or not
i have absolutely no idea what both cats get paid because what they get paid doesn't get paraded around as a career accomplishment lol...kovalev should be getting paid big money..certainly more than pascal considering he holds 3 of the belts at light heavyweight..and thats just as messed up...but its only outrageous on this side of the spectrum and not the other for some reason

Pat I have a masters in English lit (I don't) so I can certainly read between the lines. I understand the old school mentality. Show and prove. Sure Berto has been cashing MM checks since before he deserved it Bottom line is all these cats from brazillian hairdressers to p4p talents should be getting properly breh.
