Steph has had things easy in your opinion?

Steph had things easier for making the NBA than 99.9999% of human beings on Earth.

They've shown before that middle-class guys have a much easier time making the NBA than kids who grew up in the hood. Steph wasn't just middle class, he grew up in a family with a net worth of $10,000,000+ AND an NBA father who could train him from a young age AND grew up around other NBA guys who gave him advice and help. Those are opportunities that most Black men can't even dream of. And then when he got onto a team lucked into a really great roster of complementary talents AND a solid front office and coaching AND got some really incredible luck with injuries to opposing team's crucial players.

If you only count the things that are totally outside of Steph, things he had nothing to do with, then it's hard to imagine anyone having an easier path.

So you think Steph gets all that hate due to him growing up rich? Klay grew up the same way and doesn't get the same hate.

4. You Can Criticize A Guy For Not Being Clutch In Some Moments, It’s Another To Hate Him And Pretend Everything Hes Done Means Nothing

You Literally Have No Reason To Hate Dude Unless You're Sick Of Seeing Him Be Successful

Says Warriors/NBA priced out the real fans, Mark Jackson is being blackballed because of what he said about gays, says KD's Achilles was going to go out regardless if he played in the finals or not...still watching the interview now as I type this.

I'm suprised an athlete spoke on this. Cities with big black populations you dont see the fans reflect that. Oakland, atlanta, ny..
Pistons cant fill their stadium with anyone tho:mjlol:

At the end of the day the dude had to hoop at Davidson. There is nothing easy about the transition of playing ball at a school like Davidson and becoming a superstar. He did that on his own with his work ethic. Hell, Michael Jordan's sons were far more well-off than steph and look how they turned out. Same can be said for countless former players. Secondly, he didn't "luck" into a great team. Those teams were great because of him largely.

One thing I've learned in life is that people find the time and money to get the things they feel they can't live without. It's the reason why a lot of poor people can find the money to get high or drunk everyday yet they can't put that $10 a day towards their kids college fund. They can find money for cigarettes yet can't buy their kids that toy they really want.

figures a fan of a team that ruined the competitive balance of a league would also believe in a bootstrap ideology that demonizes the poor.
